My 18 month old xc90 broke down on Saturday the dealership I bought it from has said they suspect it to be the turbo that’s gone on it. They have rang through to Volvo for the warranty and because I haven’t had its first service done they are saying they won’t mend the fault.
have I any argument to hold by saying the first service doesn’t even check the turbo? Or will I be fighting a loosing battle? I don’t know what I will do if they won’t fix it as I haven’t got that kind of money to pay for it and I’m still in finance agreement. I’m really anxious and worried and I know I should have been more pro active in getting the service done but I’m at a complete loss I don’t know what to do. Any help or advice would be really appreciated
