2006 XC90 transmission codes

I'm getting these codes after driving for 10 miles.. then I clear them and 10 minutes later they're back and transmission slips between 2nd and 3rd but just for a second.. shifter lights on shifter and dash shows correct info ie D drive R reverse etc
Any experience with this gremlin🤔
P074100 torque converter clutch solenoid circuit performance or stuck off
