Hello, a notice on my dashboard says Volvo On-call light, I've read its either the back-up battery or software update. Thinking software update. Should I avoid the dealer and go to an independent shop? Thinking dealer will try to charge a lot for this. I am located in the US, California to be exact. Any advice is appreciated.
